There aren’t enough good things I could say about Claudia Wash.
She is a professional that is so much more than just a real estate broker. Claudia has sold our house and helped us with the purchase of our current home. Her counsel though these processes was excellent. Claudia’s call on our sale price and our purchase price was spot on. Her calming demeanor was a gift through the rock purchase we experienced. At this time, we are planning for retirement and looking to make improvements to our current home to increase the value before we sell in two years. Claudia has been my main source of advice and I even plan on pulling her in to make recommendations on our bathroom remodeling. When choosing a real estate broker, you can’t go wrong with Claudia. She is truly exceptional.
